Return Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on any products. All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Only defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for replacement.
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. You must provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging. The item must remain in the same condition as when received: unopened, unused, with intact labels, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via a method determined through communication with us.
